Complementing adventure capabilities is a thick-padded seat that provides comfort on longer rides, while the 35.2-in seat height allows riders to comfortably reach the ground at stops for added confidence. The shroud design allows smooth transitions when shifting, enabling riders to feel more at one with their machine when cornering.

• EXPERIENCE ON- AND OFF-ROAD THRILLS: The KLX®300 highly-versatile motorcycle exhibits agile maneuverability whether on- or off-road thanks to a slim, lightweight perimeter frame. The caster angle (26.7°) and short wheelbase contribute to quick handling, while the high rigidity of the frame ensures straight-line stability. Long-travel suspension is trail-tuned and offers 10.0-in of travel up front and 9.1-in in the rear. The 43mm inverted cartridge-style front fork has adjustable compression damping to optimize fork performance for conditions and personal preference. The Uni-Trak® rear suspension offers bump absorption, compression and rebound damping adjustability, and fully adjustable preload, allowing riders to tailor shock settings to personal preference. Substantial braking power comes from a powerful 250mm petal disc and twin-piston caliper up front and a 240mm petal disc and single-piston caliper in the rear. Strong dual-sport performance is further enabled with a 21-in front wheel and 18-in rear wheel. Wheel rigidity contributes to light, smooth handling and offers great durability for off-road riding.
